Event Guidelines
- This is an OFF-STAGE competition.
- Rangoli Event Teams should comprise of 2 members.
- The contestants are expected to bring their own colors and brushes.
- The contestants are expected to bring any material that they may
need. - No material will be supplied at the venue.
- The topic will be given an hour before the competition.
